Ok , after i told you my goals, i will try to explain why its si important to my .

Actually i have a good work in Colombia , i work at am Insurance company called QBE Insurance company, its form Australia  and now is having changes in the structure.  

Im a Lawyer , and i work at corporative and litigation team , i have three employees in charge and we do a good Job for the company because save a lot of money at litigation. But nevertheless i need to have biggest challenges On my carrer and i just keep it if i learn English , and begin to work in a International litigation and do contracts in English .

If i do this im sure that will have a better proffesional future.
